
1. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders will begin processing soon after you place your order and are ready to ship within 7 business days. Shipping transit time will vary depending on the method you chose at checkout. If you ordered a proof, you
will receive it via email in 3 business days or less. Please note that we will NOT process your order until you have approved your proof so keep an eye out for that proof!
Please keep in mind that some holidays/days off may delay your order processing time. Here are several of the holidays when we will be "closed" for several days in 2010.
Friday, January 1st - New Years Day
Friday, April 2nd - Good Friday
Monday, April 5th - Easter Monday
Thursday, November 25-26th - Thanksgiving holiday
December 24th - December 27th - Christmas holiday
2. I found the perfect canvas design but would love it in another color..can it be customized?
We have recently added the option to customize the color on any of our original designs. For a small fee of $12, we can change the colors to match any room in your house! If you find that you'd like to send us a more detailed description or photograph of exactly what you're looking for, you can email us at sales@nameyourdesign.com after you place your order and we can discuss in more detail.
3. I have been looking EVERYWHERE for a specific design to match my son's nursery and can't find it. I love the style of your designs...would you be able to create a CUSTOM canvas design if I sent you a picture of his room?
Yes, yes, yes! We love custom orders. Sending a photograph is the best way for us to get a sense of the colors and design aesthetic of the room. Please email us for a quote on your custom project at : sales@nameyourdesign.com4. I just received my order and I love it but the colors don't match exactly what was displayed on my computer monitor?
Please note that ALL computer monitors display colors differently. We do our best to represent the printed colors of our canvas designs but we can not guarantee that the colors will be an exact match to what you see on yor computer screen.6. Oooops! I didn't order a proof from you and my son's name was misspelled on his canvas...what is your policy?
Although we try our best to get it right the first time...in the event that WE have made a mistake, we will correct our error and get you a new canvas printed and sent to you immediately. Unfortunately, if the name was orginally entered incorrectly on the order form, you will be responsible for the reprint.7. I just received my order and I've decided that I would like it printed with JUST my daughter's first name, rather than her first and last names. Can I return my canvas?
Due to the personalized nature of our canvas prints, we do not accept returns for color, personalization size or text placement on the canvas. We suggest that you purchase a proof during checkout if you are worried about the placement of your personalized text. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SIZE OF THE TEXT/NAME AND PLACEMENT WITHIN THE DESIGN IS LEFT UP TO THE DISCRETION OF OUR TYPESETTERS.8.I live in the Netherlands, do you ship internationally?
